Ample Pay
Patriot Freight offers a starting pay that is more than double the state and federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour. We offer our delivery drivers $16.50 or more per hour during our paid training period of 10 days, with opportunities for growth. Additional pay benefits we offer include time-and-a-half Overtime Pay, our Free Work Shoes Program in which you are credited with $125 to get new kicks. Health Insurance
We offer our employees health insurance, which is also partially paid by us. The insurance that we offer includes coverage on health, vision, dental, and accidental death, which is available to all full-time employees. The company also pays 50% of your health insurance, which is a benefit that’s hard to find elsewhere.
Time Off
As an employee at Patriot Freight, enjoy a nice work-life balance with ample time off. We let our delivery drivers stay home during company holidays which include the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day, giving you the time to spend with your family and loved ones. We also offer paid time off for full-time drivers. Each driver is allowed 2 or more weeks of PTO per year, which is based on the total number of hours worked.
Meal and Rest Break
Patriot Freight offers lengthy meal and rest breaks to all drivers. Plus, since you get to drive your own car to deliver packages, you also get to control your schedule during the day. As long as you are completing your route on time, you choose when to take your allotted breaks. Manage your own breaks and take them whenever you want to and never be told when to take your breaks again.
