We'll pay for your training!
When you start at Patriot Freight, we'll give you 10 days of paid training. This will consist of 2 days in class and 8 days on training routes. There is no better way to learn when you get paid to do it!
We'll buy you new shoes!
All drivers will receive a $125.00 credit for new kicks! We understand the importance of having the proper equipment and shoes are no exception. Durable and comfortable work shoes make all the difference so let us help you get off on the right foot.
Vaccine Incentive
Drivers that have received any of the three Covid-19 vaccinations get a one time credit of $40.00/shot. Although Vaccinations are not mandatory, we care about the health and safety of all of our drivers. Our commitment to offering our drivers the best health benefits will continue as we work together on your future.
