Extensive Training
We don’t require our employees to have any delivery experience which is why we’re so extensive with our training programs. You’ll receive 10 days of paid training with 2 days learning in a classroom setting and 8 days of training routes. We’ll be here to help you every step of the way as you have questions about starting a new career as a delivery driver.
Amazing Pay
Unlike many other employers that are currently hiring, we’re offering well above the federal and state minimum wages — in fact, it’s more than double that. As a delivery driver, your starting pay during training is $16.50+ per hour. Plus, enjoy time-and-a-half Overtime Pay, our Free Work Shoes Program in which you are credited with $125 to get new kicks, on top of tons of other paid incentives including Route Rescues, Top Driver, and more.
