Competitive Pay and Overtime
At Patriot Freight, we want to hire the best people. That’s why we won’t waste your time with bottom-of-the-barrel starting rates. Our starting pay is $16.50 per hour or more depending on the experience and qualifications of each applicant. If you want to earn more money, overtime opportunities are available, and sometimes overtime will be required depending on our business demands. All Patriot Freight drivers earn time-and-a-half for all work over 40 hours a week. How does $24.75 an hour or more sound?
Consistent Work-Load
Patriot Freight is hiring for all the right reasons — we’ve got plenty of work to go around. Our drivers enjoy a consistent work-load of around nine to ten hours a day. As an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, we are busy year-round, and especially busy during the holiday season, but we do our best to provide our drivers with work-life balance. Of course, that sweet overtime pay never hurts, either!
Free Work Shoes Program
We want all of our drivers to be safe and comfortable while they're out on their routes. Our Free Work Shoes Program helps us set our drivers up for success from day one. Upon employment, you will receive a $125 credit to purchase new work shoes of your choice.
