Phone Interview
After applying via our website, we will conduct a remote interview to get to know you and gather some important details. We will ask questions regarding your professional background and work experience, as well as other relevant questions. If this goes well for both parties, we will move to the next step.
In-Person Interview
We will give you a date and time to conduct an in-person interview at our office. This interview may include certain driving test objectives or questions about how well you can deal with certain situations. We will also provide you with an opportunity to ask questions about the position, requirements, benefits, and more at this time.
Background Check and Drug Screening
If both interviews go well for both parties, we will advance to the final stages, which include a background check and drug screen. We guarantee quality service to our customers, which is why we always make sure all of our employees meet the safety standards we have in place.
10-Day Training Program
If you are able to clear all the tests and interviews, we will then conduct a 10-day training program to ensure you have the tools, skills, and experience necessary to do your job.
